Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Physio Central website and to physiotherapy services booked with Physio Central.
By using our website, making an appointment or receiving treatment from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.
1. About Physio Central
Physio Central provides physiotherapy assessment and treatment through its network of London clinics.
Physio Central is operated by Physio Central Ltd, London, UK.
For general enquiries, please contact:
Email: info@physiocentral.co.uk
Phone: 0330 912 7579
2. Booking an Appointment
Appointments can be booked through our website or through other booking channels provided by Physio Central.
When making a booking, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including your name, contact details and relevant information about your symptoms or medical history.
Your appointment is confirmed once the booking process has been completed and, where applicable, payment has been successfully received.
Appointment availability may vary between clinics and therapists.
3. Physiotherapy Appointments
Your initial appointment may include an assessment of your symptoms, medical history, movement and physical condition. Where appropriate, your physiotherapist may provide treatment, advice, exercises or a rehabilitation plan.
Treatment recommendations are based on the information available to the physiotherapist at the time of your assessment.
You should tell your physiotherapist about any relevant medical conditions, medications, previous injuries, surgery or other factors that may affect your treatment.
If your symptoms indicate that physiotherapy may not be appropriate, your physiotherapist may recommend that you seek further medical assessment or contact another healthcare professional.
4. Treatment and Results
Physiotherapy can help manage pain, improve movement and support recovery, but individual results vary.
We do not guarantee a particular treatment outcome or recovery time.
You are responsible for following the advice, exercises and recommendations provided by your physiotherapist, unless another healthcare professional advises otherwise.
If an exercise or treatment causes significant or unexpected symptoms, stop and contact your physiotherapist or seek appropriate medical advice.
5. Pricing and Payment
The standard advertised physiotherapy session price is £39, unless otherwise stated on the website or during the booking process.
Prices may vary for specific services, appointments or circumstances. The price applicable to your appointment will be shown before you complete your booking.
Payment must be made using the payment method offered during the booking process.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Physio Central does not store full payment card details on its own systems.
6. Cancelling or Rescheduling an Appointment
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation.
Where a cancellation or rescheduling policy applies, this will be communicated to you during the booking process or in your appointment confirmation.
Repeated non-attendance or late cancellations may affect your ability to book future appointments.
7. Missed Appointments
8. Arriving for Your Appointment
Please arrive in sufficient time for your appointment.
If you arrive late, the available treatment time may be reduced so that other scheduled appointments are not affected. In some circumstances, a significantly late arrival may need to be treated as a missed appointment.
Please wear suitable, comfortable clothing that allows the physiotherapist to assess and treat the relevant area of your body.
9. Children and Young People
Where treatment is provided to anyone under 18, appropriate parent or guardian involvement and consent may be required.
We may request additional information or documentation where necessary to provide treatment safely and appropriately.
10. Shared Clinical Records
Physio Central may maintain a shared clinical record to support continuity of care across its clinics and physiotherapists.
Where you receive treatment from another Physio Central physiotherapist involved in your care, relevant information from your clinical record may be made available to them in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.
Further information about how we collect, use, store and share personal information can be found in our Privacy Policy.
11. Referrals and Further Medical Assessment
Physiotherapy is not a substitute for emergency or specialist medical care.
If your physiotherapist considers that your symptoms require further investigation or assessment, they may recommend that you contact your GP, consultant, emergency services or another appropriate healthcare professional.
Where appropriate and with your consent, information may be shared with another healthcare professional to support your care.
12. Emergencies
Physio Central is not an emergency medical service.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency or a potentially serious or life-threatening condition, contact 999 or seek urgent medical assistance rather than relying on the website or waiting for a physiotherapy appointment.
